Dear ECYB Families,
May 1st will be the Youth Baseball Day as the Oakland Athletics host the Cleveland Guardians.
This is a chance for the kids to participate in a parade on the field, enjoy tailgating food and drinks in the parking lot before the game and watch a game with the ECYB community.
Tickets will be $26 per ticket and will be on the 100 level on the 1st base side. All tickets will be distributed digitally by the Oakland Athletics.
To purchase tickets, please pay via the PayPal Link below. The email address you use to purchase the tickets will be used for e-ticket delivery. After purchasing, it should kick you back to this page, where we ask that you please fill out this super-simple A's Ticket Tracker Google Form with info on your kid and team names and number of tickets you just purchased.
On May 1st the schedule is as follows:
8:00am - Parking Gates Open for Tailgating. This will be in the A LOT on the north side of the Coliseum. BBQs will be available to use if you choose to bring items to grill. Arrive early, because once the lot fills up, they'll close the gates!
10:00am-10:50am - Players and Coaches line up for the Parade in A LOT (11:15am is the cutoff for parade entry)
10:50am - Parade begins
1:07pm - Game begins
Players and coaches must be in uniform to participate in the parade. Players and spectators can return to the parking lot after the parade so that families can enter together.
To ensure that we have enough tickets available, please purchase by April 22nd. We will make the initial delivery of digital tickets after this date.
