ECYB is excited to offer our members the ECYB Winter Ball Performance Program!

The program is available exclusively to ECYB members, ages 9-14.

Players of all skill levels are invited to participate.

*NOTE: Limited space available. Only for the first 22 families to register.

ECYB has recruited the professional coaching staff from Triple Crown Baseball Academy to administer our program. TC’s coaching staff features 3 of the best youth baseball instructors in the Bay Area: Coach Mike Leite, Coach Niko Leite, and Coach Brett Olsen. TC’s coaches take pride in blending traditional coaching methods with modern techniques (such as Constraint-based Training) and the latest technology used to measure important baseball metrics (like Blast Motion, Radar, AND Pitchtracker).

Winter Ball Performance Objectives for our Athletes:

• Speed, Agility, and Plyometric Training.

• Ballistic Throwing with emphasis on Arm Conditioning & Recovery Exercises.

• Hitting Drills focused on improving Movement, Bat Speed, and Intent.

• Fielding Drills designed for Skill Acquisition through Deliberate Practice.

Cost: $50 per member (includes the entire 5-week program).

Dates: 5 Sundays, from December 1st through January 5th (No session on December 22)

Time: Arrive at 10am for warmups. Training starts at 10:15am and ends at 11:45am.

TC is a 9000sf indoor facility with up to 7 hitting tunnels, 2 bullpens, plenty of room for fielding drills, and a full weight room. Plus, there’s no chance of rainouts.

Players must wear turf shoes or trainers and bring their baseball gloves, bats, helmets.
